Principal's Message

Dear Huber Ridge Elementary Families,

Welcome to the 2024-25 school year! We are so delighted that you are part of our amazing Rocket family! At Huber Ridge, we all work together to create a safe and positive learning community where students learn and grow! Our skilled and devoted staff plan and prepare engaging lessons to help our students reach their academic, social, and emotional goals. Our enthusiastic office team provides valuable information to students and families. Our hard working and conscientious custodians thoroughly clean the facility. We know our team is not complete without you! Your positive energy and dedication to excellence in education creates the foundation for the success of all students.

I am happy to continue the tradition of educational excellence in Westerville City Schools. As a child, I attended Robert Frost Elementary, Walnut Springs, and Westerville North High School. Even though I went to Hampton University in Virginia, I always wanted to be an educator in my hometown. Over the past 23 years, I have served as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, educational equity specialist, and assistant principal in Westerville. Now, I have the honor and privilege to serve as your principal. I could not be more excited to continue leading an exceptional group of students, staff, and families!
